About A2C3

Built from experience in public safety. Shaped by education.

A2C3 gives departments short safety activities that people can open in a web browser. Departments can add their name and logo, share links or QR codes, and review combined results. Reports do not show a person’s answer history. A2C3 Outreach LLC, a Florida company, runs the project.

How it began

A simple outreach request became a connected platform.

A2C3 began with a request for a fire-safety quiz that people could open from a QR code. The department also wanted to see the combined results.

That idea grew into several safety programs, department branding, campaign links, QR codes, and reports.

A2C3’s name has a family origin, too: it began as a reference to the founder, their spouse, and their three children. Today, it also represents Assessment, Action, Community, Collaboration, and Change.

Who is behind A2C3

Independent and founder-operated.

The founder has more than 20 years of experience in military police, security, emergency communications, training, and supervision. This includes dispatch work for police, fire, and EMS teams in cities, counties, and across state agencies.

The founder has also supported hurricane and disaster response, trained new communications staff, and worked on service quality, stress support, team communication, and incident response.

The founder has also worked with children with special needs in one-to-one settings, after-school programs, and summer camps. This helps shape activities that are clear and work for different learners.

The founder’s spouse also helped shape the early ideas. They taught in classrooms for more than 20 years and now work in fire and life safety education. Their experience connects outreach needs with how people learn.

A2C3 is privately developed and is not sponsored, endorsed, supervised, or controlled by a government agency.
