Start with the basics.
What is A2C3?
A2C3 helps fire departments and public-safety educators share interactive safety activities with residents. Residents need no account. Departments can add their branding, share links or QR codes, and review combined activity and response results. The current public demonstrations focus on fire and home safety.
Who is behind A2C3?
A2C3 Outreach LLC is a Florida company run by its founder. The founder has more than 20 years of experience in public safety, emergency communications, training, and supervision. The work is also shaped by experience supporting children with different learning needs and by the founder’s spouse, a longtime teacher who now works in fire and life safety education. A2C3 is independent. No government agency sponsors or controls A2C3.
What is the current status?
A2C3 is in public pre-launch evaluation. Programs and demonstrations are open for review and feedback, but paid department access and production deployments are not yet available. No orders are being accepted. Launch is targeted for Q1 2027.
What can I evaluate now?
You can try the Fire Safety Knowledge Challenge, Fire Extinguisher Safety Challenge, Escape Decisions, and Home Safety Survey. Department visitors can also explore demonstration analytics, reports, branding, and campaign tools.
Do public programs require participant names or accounts?
No. Public programs do not require participant accounts, names, email addresses, or contact information. Activity is reported in aggregate. See the Privacy notice for complete details.
What can departments measure?
Demo reports can show starts, completions, quiz answers and scores, topics, link activity, timing, and broad device types. Reports combine activity; they do not show named answer histories. Browser estimates do not count individual residents. A score does not prove lasting learning or a change in behavior.
Are the demonstrations production services?
No. They are available for evaluation and may change or be interrupted. They are not approved department deployments, official population reporting, inspections, certifications, or guaranteed services.
What are the limits of A2C3?
A2C3 offers education activities and combined outreach reports. It does not certify participants. The Home Safety Survey is a self-check, not an inspection or code review. PASS practice adds to hands-on extinguisher training; it does not replace it. Activity and answers do not prove lasting learning, changed behavior, or lower risk. They may not represent the whole community. Departments still make their own outreach choices and follow local rules.
Does A2C3 connect directly to our records software?
Not yet. Approved staff can download combined CSV files. Your IT team can check whether your software can import them. Direct connections and automatic data feeds are not ready for department evaluation. A2C3 is working on the basics for future connections, but no provider or release date is promised.
Is A2C3 independently accessibility certified?
No. Accessibility features and testing are active, but the full platform has not been independently certified to WCAG 2.1 AA or WCAG 2.2 AA.
Where can I find the detailed policies?
Standards, Privacy, Accessibility, and Terms pages remain available in the site footer.
