Department evaluation guide
Take combined results into a spreadsheet
Public evaluation · Current availability
Authorized department staff can download combined CSV files from their reporting workspace. A CSV is a plain-text table that most spreadsheet tools can read. This guide is public; department downloads require an authorized account.
Download an example file
This teaching file has all 92 columns and 14 example rows. It combines sample programs, scopes, and periods to show the format. It is invented, not measured activity. Actual files depend on the selected program and report. A file with suppressed results may contain only a privacy notice.
Download Demonstration CSVEvery row is labeled as invented demonstration data. There are no participant records. Use it to inspect the structure, not to report department performance or assume compatibility with your software.
What a file looks like
Invented example for explanation only. This excerpt uses a subset of the actual columns. It is not measured activity or an official report. A full file includes the fields listed below; different programs produce different row types.
record_type,program_id,period_start,period_end,topic,starts,completions,responses,correct,sample_status summary,knowledge,2026-10-01,2026-10-07,,100,75,750,600, daily_trend,knowledge,2026-10-01,2026-10-07,,30,20,200,160,Recorded result topic,knowledge,2026-10-01,2026-10-07,Smoke Alarms,,,100,80,Recorded result question,knowledge,2026-10-01,2026-10-07,Smoke Alarms,,,30,24,Recorded result
What each row represents
For activity reporting, quiz attempts can finish within 2 hours, other games within 4 hours total, and Home Safety Survey sessions within 30 days. Finishes are attributed to the original start date and QR code or link. Recent starts may still be in progress.

Importing and interpreting the file
- Files use UTF-8 text, comma-separated columns, and quoted values. Spreadsheet-sensitive text is escaped to prevent formula execution.
- Filter by program, scope, period, and row type before you calculate totals. Summary, daily, and topic rows can describe the same activity. Adding them together would count it more than once.
- Blank cells can mean not applicable, unavailable, a zero denominator, or privacy suppression. Read the row type, sample status, and notices. Do not replace every blank with zero.
- Aggregate exports do not contain participant names, contact information, browser identifiers, or individual response histories. Question wording and combined answer counts can be included.
- Your IT team must check field mapping and import support in your department’s software. A downloadable CSV does not establish a direct system integration.

Basic compatibility for IT review
A2C3 runs in a browser; residents do not need to install a mobile app. Programs support compatible modern browsers on phones, tablets, and computers, with program-specific input and orientation limitations described on the Accessibility page. Hosting geography and any contractual data-residency requirement should be confirmed during department review before approval.
