Ready-to-use programs
At launch, access is expected to include maintained safety programs approved for production use, so departments do not have to build each activity from scratch.
Expected pricing for fire departments and public-safety agencies
A2C3 plans to bring safety programs, department branding, QR campaigns, and combined reports into one service. Departments would manage their own outreach, with less repeated setup and reporting.
Expected annual pricing: $999 per department for the first 10, then $1,499 per department. A 90-day pilot is planned at $599.

One maintained outreach platform
Planned launch access brings programs, department branding, links and QR codes, combined activity reports, hosting, maintenance, and standard support into one workspace.
At launch, access is expected to include maintained safety programs approved for production use, so departments do not have to build each activity from scratch.
Configure approved logos, colors, contact information, and resource links in one managed workspace.
Create campaign links and QR codes for stations, events, flyers, municipal buildings, and community locations.
Review privacy-conscious activity totals and compare where outreach is reaching the community.
Use at-a-glance views and exports instead of repeatedly rebuilding summaries from separate tools.
A2C3 maintains the platform and underlying programs while the department remains in control of its outreach.
No public participant account is required. Per-participant charges are not planned for standard service.
Limited launch pricing

For the first 10 departments, regardless of station count.
For each department after the first 10, regardless of station count.
A $599 90-day pilot is planned. If the department continues, the pilot fee is credited toward its first annual subscription.
The annual price depends on department count, not station count. Custom development, travel, and integrations may be quoted separately.
Where departments recover time
A2C3 does not replace public-education personnel. It reduces repeated work around the programs those personnel deliver.
| Recurring task | Assembled separately | With A2C3 |
|---|---|---|
| Educational content | Locate, review, assemble, and maintain activities separately. | Use maintained interactive programs from one platform. |
| Department branding | Recreate department identity for individual materials and tools. | Configure approved identity centrally for assigned programs. |
| QR campaigns | Create, label, and reconcile links manually. | Generate trackable campaigns by location or outreach purpose. |
| Engagement tracking | Combine counts from separate links, tools, and spreadsheets. | Review aggregate activity in one department workspace. |
| Leadership reporting | Rebuild totals, screenshots, and summaries for each report. | Use consistent at-a-glance views and downloadable exports. |
| Continuing outreach | Outreach often ends when an event or presentation ends. | Keep QR-based programs available from public locations and printed materials. |
Illustrative break-even comparison
At an illustrative loaded staff cost of $50 per hour, a $1,499 annual subscription reaches its staff-capacity break-even point if it reduces approximately 2.5 hours of repeated work per month.

Based only on the cost and recurring hours entered above.
A2C3 would need to reduce at least this amount of the 8.0 monthly hours entered—not eliminate all outreach work.

Yes. Under the current estimate, the $599 pilot fee would be credited dollar-for-dollar toward the first annual subscription if the department continues after the 90-day pilot. Conversion would not be automatic.
The expected annual price is $999 for the first 10 departments and $1,499 for departments after that, regardless of station count. Final pricing may change before launch.
Annual pricing is the same regardless of station count: $999 for the first 10 departments, then $1,499 per department. Custom development, integrations, or requirements beyond standard service may need a separate quote.
Custom development, specialized reporting, travel, integrations, extensive customization, and unusual requirements would be quoted separately.
No. A2C3 supports personnel by reducing repeated setup, tracking, maintenance, and reporting work. Department staff remain responsible for outreach decisions, local policy, follow-up, and professional judgment.
A subscribing department may configure an optional official assistance page or contact-form link on Home Safety Survey results. A2C3 does not transmit personal information or survey answers through that link, and department response is not guaranteed.
