Home Safety Survey
Answer home-safety questions that adapt to your earlier answers, then review practical guidance. No name or account is required. When configured, an optional link opens the department's official resources.
Self-reported guidance—not an inspection.
Pool and water safety
Does this residence have access to a pool, spa, hot tub, or portable pool?
Your answer helps determine which questions are relevant next. How it works
Only relevant questions are shown.
- 01
Identify relevant topics
Earlier answers and relevant household characteristics determine which home-safety questions appear next.
- 02
Review practical guidance
Participants receive topic-level results labeled Looking good, Worth reviewing, or Consider addressing soon—without a household safety score.
- 03
Understand community patterns
Departments can review privacy-minimized starts, completions, aggregate topic patterns, and assistance-link opens rather than named household histories.
- 04
Connect through the department
When configured, participants may open the department's official assistance or resource page and provide information directly through that department's system.
